Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible once confirmed via call.

• Karachi: 2–3 working days.
• Other major cities: 3–5 working days.

Delivery Charges:

• Flat rate: Rs. 250/-
• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,500/-.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipping.
• If you’ve already paid and want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately hello@kidslearningstore.com after placing the order or during the confirmation call.
• Once the order is packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, so please choose your items carefully.

Exchanges are only allowed if:

• The item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
• You contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
• You provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
• The item is unused and returned in original packaging with all parts included.
  
  

Products damaged by misuse or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.
